They are in a rebuilding phase after just getting their house back. They are heading in a new direction based off the latest pledge class with many pledges being people you would not typically see in a house with the reputation such as this one. Appear to be going for less of a "frat" house and more of a group of guys who play video games and study. Kind of sad to see what was once the top house on campus by a long shot, now becoming just another Delta Upsilon.

Still have too many weirdos to be top tier. Lets be honest. I feel like they have great brotherhood and are very involved, but socially they are struggling.Working themselves up this year with a good pledge class.

Half of them seem Indian, not good or bad but seems not like their traditional membership...Good physical house, that will help. Too soon to tell.

These guys aren't exactly the legendary old Betas that ran this campus for decades but are definitely on the right track. They have their great house back and a solid group of guys and bar pull as a good foundation. This year's rush will determine how much farther they rise.

The house is basically split into 2. The 17s in all honestly kinda really suck. The 18s, from what I hear, throw awesome pregames and are actually good looking/fun. The 18s in my house don't stop talking about how much they love the Betas. I've met a few of the boys in the 18s class at the bars and they do have a lot of potential. Their future depends on the next few classes they get, if they can keep pulling in guys that are as social as the 18s they will be in good shape.
