Still have too many weirdos to be top tier. Lets be honest. I feel like they have great brotherhood and are very involved, but socially they are struggling.Working themselves up this year with a good pledge class.

Half of them seem Indian, not good or bad but seems not like their traditional membership...Good physical house, that will help. Too soon to tell.

Just got their house back and these guys are definitely on the come up. The house is huge, but not in the best condition. All of the guys are super cool, focused/smart, and extremely hospitable. They are making some huge moves, if you haven't yet check them out. Will be a top house within the next few years

They are in a rebuilding phase after just getting their house back. They are heading in a new direction based off the latest pledge class with many pledges being people you would not typically see in a house with the reputation such as this one. Appear to be going for less of a "frat" house and more of a group of guys who play video games and study. Kind of sad to see what was once the top house on campus by a long shot, now becoming just another Delta Upsilon.
