Reason is they are acting like Top Tier on here, when they are still building. That's why in a nutshell. When and if they are actually Top, we will respect them.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 1.8 Sororities are scheduling stuff with them because they want to get in on the ground floor for when Beta becomes good. The only thing is, they are not there yet. They well could be, but in the future not now.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 1.4 They are actually better than this rank, but too much selfranking. They are currently Middle (not top middle). Also they were never THE top house, but were indeed ONE of the top houses. Hope that clears things up.

It's a good house, with some cool guys and they've done great for a house that just got back 3 years ago. But these guys are trying to social climb a little too quickly. Give it a few years and I'm sure theyll be up there
