They are not better than what GR says....right now they are ranked #13 which is higher than they actually are. DEFINITELY not Top Ten, and still a way to go to get close. Want me to say something nice? OK, they are improving and have good potential. But let's not jump the gun, OK?

I'm just going to give them a bad rank, because ALL the thumbs down on any negative comment here proves how active they are on this site. The thing is, they have a strong history before being kicked off, and a strong national. Why not grow naturally and be humble in the meantime, then not only will you become a solid house but people will also respect you like in the past. Now, everyone just thinks you are a bunch of dorks and douchebags.

How are they not humble? They were in the top 10 on this site for a long time and no one accused them of self rank. Why all of a sudden? Not trying to plug Beta, just curious.

Cuz they lost a lot of their pledge class. Not doing well enough to be top ten at the moment. Beef with sae now wont help either

Because people did not notice their unnaturally high rank when it first happened, but when they did notice it, they disagreed. I dont think people hate them or think they suck for the most part, they just think Betas are jumping the gun with calling themselves top tier, or even upper middle.

Sororities are scheduling stuff with them because they want to get in on the ground floor for when Beta becomes good. The only thing is, they are not there yet. They well could be, but in the future not now.
