Eh, when your nationals devotes an employee for a full year to recruit, and you have a huge mansion, you are automatically going to do OK on recolonizing. BUT you have a bunch of guys who joined for the house and prior rep, which will never return because nationals wont allow them to be crazy party animals like they were before. So more of a social club than a real fraternity.
