brotherhood is a joke, half the dudes are freshmen who dont know each other and the rest just live at the house like it is their apartment. basement is disgusting, AC blows hot in august and the bathroom tile has been broken since rush. they pull at red lion but nobody wants a tab so the parties are dead, like 20 people showing up to a basement with no music and a bucket of ice. total bouse energy.

honestly a bouse at best. they don't actually pull at KAMS or Red Lion so the bros have to tap out for every single drink, and the house basement reeks like a wet gym bag. AC is busted in the back rooms and the sink in the downstairs bathroom has been clogged since rush, so good luck making that a whole experience.
