Definitely top tier. They used to have a creepy vibe, but all those guys have graduated. Generally good looking, sociable group of guys. Their parties are always fun. Always been a top tier, but in the past two years they've really changed their image and are as fun as 123.

Solid middle tier. They throw parties every now and then but they're crowded and hard to get into with the new house. Sociable and friendly.

Bottom tier. Slight step up from zbt but barely. They're weird and nerdy so no one really goes to their parties, but the brothers seem to get along well.

They bring nothing to the table: ultimately nice but extremely forgetable. They don't have a house, and even when they did it was small and always smelled like garbage. Bascially a frat for guys who don't wanna be in zbt or theta chi but can't get a bid from anywhere else. Bottom tier.

yeah theyre good. but theyre last pledge classes have sucked and theyre 100% losing ground. just not fun anymore

Falling top tier. They used to have awesome parties but they've fallen hard. Almost all the brothers are dbags now and they never really do anything.
