With their new house, they've risen this year to one of the top frats. Super nice guys who throw great parties and have a great spring pledge class. And the huge backyard makes easily the best place to daydrink for Homecoming, Spring Fling, ect.

90% of them are really really weird/unattractive, the rest are okay. They are all different so they don't really get along or have that bond that the other sororities already have. boring at parties

New on campus, we mixed with them once and had a really good time and are looking forward to mixing with them again in the near future ;) . It was def more fun to mix with Theta than any Chi O mixer i've ever been to (Chi-O has some amzing girls but their mixers have all blown)... on balance they are not as attractive as Aphi but that is not to say there aren't some really beautiful girls in theta. They also make up for it but not being stuck up or snobby

hottest girls on campus by far. best and most popular house on campus hands down. it helps that they're also involved in the community, probably more so than the other houses I'd say...or at least their events are the most publicized.

Good PC this year. Some studs, some solid guys. For a school like Tufts, this is a good fraternity. Not associated with TDX, have my own letters.
