Are the underground pledges mostly sigeps or Pikes or neither, or are they in every house

Underground Pledges:
Student with a criminal record
Student with a University disciplinary record
Student who did not make passing grades
Undocumented non-University student
Sig Ep Active

The Pikes have bragged about having underground pledges this year.

Taking in underground pledges will result in University probation. Its a clear danger to the greek system.
