Tau Kappa Epsilon - ΤΚΕ Fraternity at University of Tampa - UT 2.4 All of these ratings are their own guys and it's so obvious. They never hang with each other because they give anyone a bid and it's basically a group of guys all afraid to get called out over being soft. DO NOT Rush TKE just because they are top on greek rank, so many of their guys regret it and it shows.
