Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at State University of New York at Oswego - SUNYO 2.4 I believe first impressions are really important but unfortunately i didn’t have a good one. They seem stand off ish and talking to them is like talking to a brick wall. It doesn’t seem very “sisterhood” like and the energy was so off. Definitely not very welcoming.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at State University of New York at Oswego - SUNYO 2.4 met them this year and a few of them were the kindest sweetest people ever, but the majority spent their time talking bad about others it made was a complete turn off from Greek life overall
