How are ranks determined?
by: HelpHow are ranks determined? Does it matter if you join a lower frat? Whats the difference if any? Need help understanding 🙏
#1 by: Frat
Top Houses have parties that are consistently full and only really invite top sororities (APhi, KD, Kappa, Theta, PiPhi). Brothers are also more social and normal. Basically think ATO, BSB, Pike, DChi, etc.
Mid houses are basically hit or miss, and there's some that are borderline with being a top house. SigEp, TKE, Phi Psi, Acacia are all lower top house / upper mid house because they hit 75-90% of the time but can flop here and there. True mid houses are phi who, Asig, APD, etc
Bouses just have weird brothers and the only times their parties are full is if its full of other weirdos. TEP / Fiji / AKL ish
Not really bad to go to any of them, but lower frats are usually just less fun and you can just be seen as weird by association
