How does srat rush work?

Hey! So I’m a PNM and I’m confused about how srats are determining if we get invited to philo round from the current video round. Do they score us and only the top scores are invited back? Or is it more like our videos get passed from actives to exec members and then they make the final call? I’ve heard so many mixed things…
