Sorority rush question

Is it hard to get a good sorority to give bid as a poc. Im not interested in the d9 chapter and im more interested in the phc chapters. I’m pretty likeable and I am decently attractive.

U have a chance at any srat but kappa and aphi r the least poc inclusive of the top houses
