What makes a fraternity fit into certain tiers?
by: FetsLuckAll this website has is a bunch of people butting frats in different ranks but what determines these ranks? What makes a high tier fraternity and a low tier one? Is it the people at the parties, how often they throw, how much blow they do, the size of their chapter? Someone explain how these people create these imaginary tiers.

It’s all of the above and none of the above. Top houses generally have “better looking” men and women at their parties, but besides that, really not much of a difference. Top houses generally tend to have more members and money as well, but ranks are pretty fake otherwise since every frat party is literally the same
