top frat ranks with explanations

1. Dchi - still Dchi
2. Sig chi - daylongs, recent pc's very good
3. BSB - people say recent pc's have been the best. don't see it tbh.
4. Pike - Recent PC is really good and one before that was solid, spring one maybe mid tho.
5. ATO - Thon powerhouse, good pc's for a while
6. Sig Pi - Last 3 or 4 pc's have been very very good
7. TKE - Pretty much same as TKE has been forever. Good brotherhood. Mid/low top.
8. Sig Ep - Cool brotherhood but their parties have been pretty bad recently
9. Phi Psi - FAC is cool, recent pc's solid. But having to resort to FAC is just evidence they aren't competitive with frats around them anyway. Physical house just kind of sucks outside of the yard.
10. Acacia - Seems to always be getting worse over the last years but they'll always be relevant because their house and brotherhood are huge.
11. DU - your yard is turfed we get it cool. Really should focus on throwing indoors anyways though, none of the parties they've done outdoors have been all that great.
