1. Dchi: still top
2. Beta Sig: close to taking top spot solid number 2
3. ATO: been super solid for a while now and dont see them going down
4. Sig Chi: the turf yard carries but it still brings in hot girls and good parties
5. Pike: Falling but still a great frat that gets top sororties at their parties
6. Phi Psi: their recruiting and FACs as of lately has been second to none, I can see them continuing to rise
7. Sig Ep: Parties are nothing special, their name carries their weight
8. TKE: Might fall soon but still pulls baddies
9. Sig Pi: respect to them, they have been rising rapidly and I see them as top now
10. Acacia: Falling off, their parties arent anything crazy but still better than upper mid
11. DU: Cant break top, but still better than the rest in their level
12. AEPI: Same parties everytime and brotherhood lacks, not bad tho
13. Phi Who: Recruiting has become pretty good, and Whoville puts them above the rest in category
14. Lambda: Clowns. How do you fall off that hard parties are mid
15. TDX: Guys are creepers I hear, but still can put out very mid parties
16. APD: The pit
17. ZBT: C tier AEPI
18. Pi Kapp: Pi kappa squid, they have an occasional mid party
19. Far Sig: Far
20. Dsig: creepers but sick house
21. Asig: edgy kids who have lower mid parties
22. SAE: would be bottom but new house is cool (although they cant throw in it)
