The fall pc was terrible and the spring pc might be even worse. Not sure what happened to pike

So Pike has 2 bad PCs in a row & remains top. APhi finally has a decent PC after 2 average ones & passes Kappa? I think both of these orgs are overrated & self rank endlessly
