Pi Kapp Or Open Recruitment

I’m torn atm. Do you guys think I should rush Pi Kapp, or do open recruitment to maybe try and get in a better frat?

no netter frat is gonna be doing open recruitment, gonna have to take the bid or rush in the fall.
