Is sae on the rise?

How bad is sae? Are they going to be on the rise once they get their house back? I want to know if its worth going back there. Drop opinions please.

They've had their house for over a semester now... Considering how strong connections amongst Greek orgs take a while to build, I doubt they'll be above houses like Pi Kapp for a while
