Houses to avoid if you’re not rich

Rushing in the fall. Please be honest and tell me what fraternities to avoid if someone is not rich. I heard horror stories about some houses at this school. Serious answers please.

Living in a frat (for the most part if not on meal plan) is the same cost of living as the dorms unless you try for some of the larger houses.
