Beta is coming back, rumors are they are buying the HUB from the school and turning it into the greatest frat house in history. Rumor also has it ZBT will be taking over the area formally knoiws as the hub starbucks. SAMMY is apparently taking the multicultural lounge.

i've also been hearing that sig tau will take over the hibachi-san. from this point onward the milk tea will only be served in red solo cups and contain toxic levels of crown russe.
