Sorority informal, please help

Hi! I DM’d all the sororities Panhellenic said were participating in informal. I thought I was still in process for Dphie and SDT but Panhellenic said they’re no longer participating? Does that mean I didn’t get a bid and should focus on the other chapters?

Honestly. I wouldn’t trust any answer on here. Ask that specifically to Panhellenic this time. Or the office of sorority affairs
