by: zbtpresidentIt's pretty obvious to everyone but to the people on here wondering about ranks, they mean literally nothing, if you're rushing and using these ranks as a basis you've already lost, the top tier houses already have their pcs set a semester in advance, and the middle and lower tier frats are all basically the same in terms of socials, find people you like, even if theyre lower tier
