Freshman do not just rush top tiers

Just a warning to the freshman going through rush tomorrow. Please do not only rush top tiers because there is a high chance you get cut from them after zone day. I have seen it happen every year. 5-8 is the target area for most freshman. 1 already has their pledge class and 2-3 is already almost filled. Thanks for listening and as always rush Phi Psi.
