AEPi Upper Mid

Someone’s gotta say it but aepi should be considered mid. Their socials were beat and they’ve been falling off for a while. I don’t know how they’re still considered a top tier house

also, when did phi psi become a ‘top?’ two years ago they were a freshman frat and their parties are more comparable to upper mid

Aepi only considered top still cause how well they are known nationally. Dont be fooled they are not what they used to be at psu.
