2017:3/4th tier (socially boxed out by Tke)
2018-2019:many houses booted, picks up slack for lower houses on probo (ATO/Tke),gets their first away bar to a house better than AEPi
2019: become PiPhi's THON parter after their other two SAE and DSig both get kicked off and Acacia/ATO stay with their parters (big thon houses)
2020: "Pi Phi is our thon partner we are now top house"
