Good luck to everyone with recruitment. In case it helps, here is how the chapters are typically ranked.
Truth is these ranks are generally based on looks and socials which may not matter to you. If you are looking for sisterhood, don't worry about where a chapter falls. Find your people and enjoy your time at PSU. You can have fun in every single chapter!
Top: Kappa, Theta, KD, APhi/PiPhi
Upper Mid: GPhi, AxiD, ZTA, DG
Lower Mid: Phi Sig, AOPi, SDT/DZ, SigKap
Bottom: TriSig, ADPi, DPhiE
