Why does Phi Sigma Sigma Have a House?

Why is Phi Sigma Sigma the only sorority to have a house? Every other sorority has a chapter room, so are the others slowly going to get houses? How was this allowed by PanHel?

This isnt their house. 4 years ago SAE got kicked off and theyre renting the house.

Why do you care?

They can live wherever they want, and don't need Panhel's permission. And any other sorority, with their national's and members' approval, and if a house is available, is free to do the same.

Move on.

Any sorority that wants a house, and finds one available could buy/rent one with their nationals permission. Historically, at PSU, Panhel chapters have chosen to rent floors from the university for financial reasons. That may change if more frats get kicked out and houses open up.
