What happens to losers in Frats?

I've noticed the truth that many frat guys are actually losers. I'm sure this isn't lost on real brothers though it's never spoken of out loud. I suspect the older house guys missed something important during pledging and perhaps blame themselves. Now everyone has to put up with their mistake.

What do you do when a "frat guy" is clearly a GDI loser? Can you ask him to drop?
