this is facts. my advice to freshman: due everything in your power to give yourself the best chance of receiving a bid to a top tier fraternity. the difference is HUUUUGE

Coming from a kid in a “middle tier” frat with friends in multiple top frats, it feels like a completely different school with frats tier 3 and up
