Top tiers and minorities

Is it easier or harder to get into a top tier frat as a minority?

I’m gonna keep it a buck, most frats only have a couple minorities (~5-10). Being a minority might hurt on zone day but if you’re chill during zone day you’ll be fine. It’s possible to get into any frat.
