All frats 1-6 have parties better than Sig Pi parties

Does this way of ranking even make sense anymore? Yes they have the pairs of a 3/4 but their most recent party was below frats 1-6. Just saying. Sick house though I'd kill to be a brother living in a castle like that.

Well the truth is that ranks don’t really change that much and are based on pairs. Look at ranks from 2014 and you see the same houses in tiers 1-4 (minus the houses that got kicked). So sig pi is still a decent house.
