way more cons.... they cannot go to any other socials, they have no thon involvement, they have no house chef, and more. was considering them when i was rushing but decided to go elsewhere.

Pros:
Mediocre house
Same girls as every other T1 house

Cons:
No house next year
Filthy and disgusting house
No involvement
Oh, did I mention no house next year?
