Imagine someone trying to bring down a frat for picking a sorority partner that's new to Penn State and raising money for kids with cancer with them after their old partner got kicked off. If this makes a frat not this so called "top tier" (in a ranking system that people make up to feel better about themselves) then that's pretty sad.
