when do people hand out bids

Was wondering how they do it here, the website said bid extension is from 7 to like 10 tonight. Do they adhere to that time slot? And also will it just be a text or does every fraternity handle bids differently

I believe that it is 7-11, and that they do it in person. There will probably be (from what I saw from sororities, I think it's the same) a number to call the RA on duty, who lets the person into the dorm. They sign in and get your room number, and then give you the bid card.

Pretty sure this is it, and I don't know if they let you know if you aren't getting a bid... [For business fraternities they emailed and said we didn't get the bid (last semester) so I don't know if it will be like that? I doubt it though]
