it so doesn’t matter

by: Trust me

I graduated in December and am working in a huge media Corp in NYC that you have all heard of. Not once has anyone asked me or cared about what sorority I was in. It’s on my resume but it’s so meaningless out here in the real world. When I think about all the energy I put into rush and bid day and letters and recruitment and meetings and parties and dues and formals and all of it, I was also a Pi Chi, idk whether to laugh or cry. So I thought a good thing to do would be to pass this hard earned knowledge along. It does affect your social life for 3-4 years in school, but I promise, it does not mean a thing the rest of your whole life. So keep it in perspective

Yeah, the real networking happens through meeting other people/alumni. You join for the social and philanthropy reasons of course, but the real lasting impact should be your brothers/sisters. I don't see what you really expected though

Think shes trying to say that the judgemental aspect of greek life is very stupid. Tiers are so useless and that people were being so cold for no reason.
