As someone in a upper mid tier who isnt part of either house.

Acacia has more brothers so they will win the poll. BUT...
Acacia parties more and better imo.
Sig Chi has better pairs and more often with the big 5 sororitys also they are wealthier.

Just to add... Sig chi a nationally powerful fraternity. Chance are at any big university there is a Sigma Chi and they will be among the best at each area. Acacia isn't that strong outside of Penn State.

Yeah same with DChi, everywhere else they supposedly suck. Every cshool has it's own stuff tho.

Who really goes to sig chi parties though? I never hear of D chi, Bagel, or Pike there
