hows informal rush for sororitys
by: YyyI really regret that I thought getting back for pref=guaranteed bid. I got two back for pref. My #1 and the least favorite one literally #17 from the first reference list. I didn't list my least fav one after pref since i absolutely wont take a bid from them and thought my #1 will give me a bid for sure. I didn’t, so now i have to do informal recruitment but i can’t find any information about it. Is it similar to formal and do i have to visit all the sororities

may i ask why you won't consider your least favorite house? you're only guaranteed to get a bid after pref if you maximized your options and ranked both houses.
ngl that informal is gonna be hard and it will mostly be bottom tiers. are you willing to consider those houses? reach out to panhel

well.. if you're open to bottom tier, look at adpi, dphie, trisig. they are the most likely to have open slots. good luck!

She said she'd take a bottom tier house but she didn't say she wanted to join a club.

Not every sorority does informal so you only visit the houses that you want. There is an opportunity to sign up for informal this spring but that is for associate chapters. If you want to check them out, you can go to the Panhel website and do that now. If you want to check out informal in the fall, keep an eye on the Panhel website and follow the chapters on social media. That's where you will find the info of the ones that will participate.

I dont care if its bottom tier. I respect and open to any sororities and my least fav one isnt even bottom tier. I just didnt like them cuz theres so many girls i dont like and one girl made out with my ex so its awkward anyway. I was very sad when i got it back for pref. Is it hard to get a bid from sororities during informal recruitment
