new scorecard is out.

So the new scorecard is out an BOY have I got some questions. So it's the Fall 2019 one, and I understand that a few places don't have any new members. But I didn't think so few new members would be in Fall...

Anyway, these GPAs are insane. Look at Tau Phi Delta, Sig Tau, and TDX. I know, they don't have a lot of new members, but how can one actually be allowed to rush if they don't have above 2.5?

What's going on with houses that should be back? It says some of them (Phi Mu Delta for example) should be back.
