pilam house situation

Hey- can someone familiar with the situation explain what's going on with PiLam's house? I know they aren't in it currently but does anyone know if they will be in the future? Is there any point to rushing a frat with no house? They seem like cool guys tho just wondering what's up

Pi Lam is getting Theta Chi’s old house. The Pi Lam house will probably be a sorority or some other frat.
