how competitive each tier is

Top is most competitive. Upper mid is highly competitive. Mid is very competitive. Lower mid is competitive. Bottom is less competitive (but still does reject many rushes).

That very untrue.
Top is very competitive (400-1000rushes per house and only 20 bids p/house)

UpperMid is just competitive (200-600 rushes per house and only 35 bids p/house)

Middle Is not competitive (100-300 rushes per house and 50 bids p/house)

Lower mid/ bottom is a whack. They’ll offer anyone a bid who steps foot in their house during rush. Not worth it though. (20-150 rushes per house and 50 bids p/house)
