And so on and so forth... upper middle is not tier 4 and 5.

ppl put 9 divisions in most tier lists. 4 falls above the middle, but 5 does not.

For frats, the top 4/5 "tiers" pair with sororitys. That makes them top tier! All are good houses and have great social lives. There are way more than two or three sororitys worth meeting.
