im a freshman can someone tell me this?

Why is pi kapp ranked so high when i see them on rankings. I went to a “party” they had with 2 other guys and they let all of us in. Once we got inside there was 50 people there max, the girls from the “sorority” they invited which we later found out were just highschool seniors and freshman girls who they invited were dancing and all the guys were standing in the corner staring at them. So why are they ranked so high again?

They are high because they have a greekrank chair. They constantly self rank themselves into 5. The old pikapp was somewhat decent. But they got kicked in 2015. In 2018, they were brought back by alumni recruited weird kids in the hub. Every sorority girl I've talked to complain about their parties. That's why they mostly party with freshmen who have no other moves. You can see this with other bottom tier frats like AKL, Sig Tau, and Skulls - no sororitys but just freshmen. They are tier 7 at best. Disregard any rank with them anywhere above 7.
