rushing with under 14 credits

I know that the ifc says you need 14 credits to rush, but if you have less than that is there a chance that a frat would still give you a bid

Bottom tiers will give you a ghost bid, look for PKT, TEP, PiKapp, and Skulls. They Desperately give bids to everyone and anyone.
