17 yr old boy????

why was a 17 yr old boy at a fraternity senior house in the first place? they are way to young to be drinking in the first place. Like he is not even 18 yet and the fact that chi phi invited him over is just wrong. Chi phi stop trying to defend yourself please and just take the blame.
