Think about this:

You'll always see an athlete trying to get into a frat party, but you'll rarely see a frat boy trying to get into the athletic team's house party.

There's always huge crowds of people outside the doors of frats when they throw down trying to get in. I'm not hating on sports houses but you don't see the same phenomenon when they have parties.
