3.5. Phi Psi, Phi Who, AGR, Sig Pi
MIDDLE TIER
4. FIJI, TDX, Kappa Sig
5. Chi Phi, Far sig, Pi Kap, Skulls
6. ZBT, DKE
LOWER MIDDLE TIER
7. Sig Tau, TEP, ADP
BOTTOM TIER
8. PKT, Alpha Sig, AZ, DTS
9. ADPhi, Mudhouse, Treehouse, Triangle,
1.) First tier pretty standard not much changes still social with same sororities as always. Acacia could be either bottom of 1 or top of 2.
2.) Sig Ep, ATO very similar Lambda down a little bit and doesn’t have the same relationship as the others in tier 2.
3.) TKE easily leads this tier has been getting good bars, and overall very solid. AEPi and Du pretty interchangeable. Have solid parties but not the reputation of TKE. AEPi and TKE shouldn’t be debated.
3.5) These houses are like on the verge of being on AEPi and DU level but there sorority pairs are a bit lower. Socials practically the exact same as each other and are a good bit ahead of the houses lower then them. Sig Pi could honestly be lower as they aren’t taking a pledge class and the only thing they do is have very small basement parties but sororitys still go.
4-5.) Good all around fraternities have a respectable social schedule and throw down only difference is the sorority pairs and socials don’t have as big of a turnout as the houses above.
6 and below.) Good dudes still have a great time, just not as socially involved with sororities as house above.
This took so damn long to make I need a life. Let me know what you guys think!
