I have friends in a lot of the sororitys and tbh the girls who got into the sororitys listed in 1 or 2 weren’t that happy. They thought the girls were fake and didn’t really care about them. All the others ones you will make lifelong friends and still have a great social life.

I agree with you IMO. I have friends from HS that are in lots of different chapters. We were all the same "popularity" in HS and hung out together. The ones that I have talked to since being home that are "top" here are not as happy as the ones that are "middle" or "bottom". We are all still friends and are hanging at home so whoever thinks that these labels matter at all are delusional.
