UPPER MIDDLE TIER
4. AGR, Phi Who, TDX, FIJI
5. Chi Phi, Pi Kapp, Kappa Sig
MIDDLE TIER
6. AKL, Far Sig, ZBT, Skulls
LOWER MIDDLE TIER
7. DKE, APD, Sig Tau
8. TEP, Alpha Sig
BOTTOM TIER
9. Phi Tau, AZ, ADPhi
10. Mudhouse, Treehouse
11. Triangle, DTS

Pike has better social partners than Acacia
ATO and Lambda over Sig Ep no question
AEPI and TKE top of 3 by far
AGR somewhat better than Phi Who
FIJI jumps to 4
Kappa Sig back to 5 by next semester, could fall to 6 again
AKL and Far Sig social way better than ZBT and Skulls no question
DKE top of 7 by a mile, could jump to 6 easily next semester
TEP and Sig Tau could switch depending on moves made next semester

Sports houses are way less packed n smaller than frats and frats have way more freshman so higher risk
